Dental coverage is key to your overall health. Bay Ltd. offers you a dental plan through United Concordia. Our PPO dental plan gives you the freedom to visit the in-network or out-of-network dentist of your choice. The plan pays higher benefits when you visit an in-
network dentist, which means you pay less out-of-pocket.

Taking care of your eyesight is an important part of your overall health. Bay Ltd. offers you a voluntary vision plan through Davis Vision (a BCBSTX partner) that includes periodic eye exams plus lenses and frames or contact lenses.

Disability insurance through Allstate replaces a portion of your income if you are unable to work as a result of an accident or sickness.

We are pleased to share that a COVID-19 diagnosis is now covered! If you are unable to work due to a physician-recommended quarantine, benefits will be payable after the elimination period.
