As a new employee, you're eligible to enroll in your employee benefits and will have access to several exciting benefit plans during your enrollment period. For a limited time only, you also have the opportunity to elect voluntary benefit coverage without answering medical questions.

When are benefits effective?

Benefits are effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. For example, if your first work day was Oct. 11, your benefits would become effective starting Dec. 1.

When can I enroll?

New hires must enroll in your employee benefits within 30 days of your date of hire. Existing employees can make changes to their employee benefits during open enrollment held Nov. 1-30.

Qualifying Life Events

Qualifying Life Events allow you to elect coverage outside of open enrollment or your new hire enrollment period. Notify HR within 30 days and complete the appropriate "Life Event" link in Kronos.

Who is eligible?

Part-time and full-time employees are eligible and can select coverage for themselves, their spouses and child(ren) under the age of 26. Legal spouses may be eligible for medical coverage if not eligible to participate in a group medical plan through his/her employer.
