Open Enrollment will be held from October 30 - November 10, 2023 for benefits effective December 1, 2023. This is the period each year when you can make changes to your current benefit elections.

What You Need To Know

Active Enrollment ▼

Active Enrollment: This year will be an active enrollment. This means that all benefit-eligible employees must take action during this open enrollment period to ensure coverage for 2024.

Important: Benefit elections must be completed online through Viventium. If you have not already done so, please sign up for Employee Self Service (ESS). See HR for an invitation.

To ensure that our employees understand their benefit options, all benefit-eligible employees are strongly encouraged to speak with a benefit counselor to complete their enrollment.
  • All benefit-eligible employees that schedule and complete their appointment with a benefit counselor will be entered into a raffle to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards!

New Carriers ▼

Aetna will be the new provider for our Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity benefits.

Allstate will be the new provider for our Short-Term Disability and Universal Life with Long-Term Care benefits.

During this enrollment period only, benefit-eligible employees have a special opportunity to elect Aetna and Allstate benefits, up to a certain amount, without answering medical questions!

Enrollment Process

To ensure you understand the benefit options, we are working with EOI Service Company, LLC., a professional enrollment firm with over 40 years in the benefits and communications industry. All benefit-eligible employees will speak with a benefit counselor over-the-phone to complete the enrollment process.

During your confidential phone appointment with a benefit counselor, you will:

  • Complete your enrollment in benefits that best fit your needs
  • Review your benefit options
  • Get answers to your questions
