The EOI Ethics Hotline is a completely anonymous 3rd party service. You can use the hotline to report possible illegal, unethical, or improper behavior. This service aims to ensure that anyone wishing to submit a report regarding unethical behaviors can do so anonymously if desired, and without fear of retribution or retaliation.

The ethics hotline should only be used for serious issues that may be uncomfortable to discuss openly. Minor complaints or grievances should be discussed with your immediate supervisor. Always discuss any issues with your supervisor first unless the issue is with your supervisor.
