Open Enrollment for your 2022 benefits will be held October 4 – 24, 2021. This is the period each year when you can make changes to your current benefit elections. Benefits will not roll over.
To make your benefit elections you must log into your Employee Self-Service Portal. Once logged into your self-service portal, navigate to “My Benefits” and click on Open Enrollment. From there, follow the step-by-step instructions on how to complete your benefits enrollment.

If you would like to elect Universal Life Insurance through Trustmark, please click here. To log in you will need your Heartland Employee ID number. Your PIN number is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the last 2 digits of your birth year.
If you do not make your elections before the end of open enrollment, you will have to wait until the next Annual Enrollment (unless you experience a qualifying event) to elect benefits.

Deluxe HSA Plan
The Deluxe Plan is a qualified high deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help cover health care expenses that apply to the annual deductible and coinsurance. All eligible covered expenses (except preventive care) apply towards meeting the annual deductible under the plan.
