All full time employees working an average of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits.
New full time employees’ benefits for all lines of coverage will begin on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
Benefits end on the last day worked.
Please review all benefit materials. You must complete your online enrollment even if you choose to not elect any benefits. Benefits you do not wish to elect must be waived. All full-time employees receive free life insurance and must designate a beneficiary in the enrollment portal.
To elect benefits, you must log into your Employee Self-service Portal. Once logged in, navigate to “My Benefits” and click on New Employee Enrollment. From there, follow the step-by-step instructions on how to complete your benefits enrollment.

Deluxe HSA Plan
The Deluxe Plan is a qualified high deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help cover health care expenses that apply to the annual deductible and coinsurance. All eligible covered expenses (except preventive care) apply towards meeting the annual deductible under the plan.
Note: There are no payroll deductions during 4 weeks of shutdown. The specific weeks without premiums will be communicated. Examples of qualifying hardships include, but are not limited to: accident, illness, disability, death, fire, natural disasters such as flood or tornado, theft or loss of essential property or primary residence.
