You have three (3) medical plan options to choose from through Cigna Healthcare. Each plan covers the same type of services; however, they differ in premiums, deductibles, OOP max and copays. All plans use the Cigna OAP network. Medical ID cards are generated for new enrollees, name, or address changes, as well as plan changes and are also available through www.myCigna.com.
MDLive
Through medical benefits with Cigna, you also have access to MDLive. This allows you see and speak to a doctor from your mobile device or computer without an appointment. Most visits take about 10-15 minutes and doctors can write a prescription, if needed, that you can pick up at your local pharmacy. Call MDLive at (888)-726-3171 or schedule online at www.myCigna.com. Vision benefits are provided through Cigna Healthcare using the EyeMed network. Vision ID cards are generated for new enrollees, name, or address changes, as well as plan changes the are also available through myCigna.com.

When you are enrolled in a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and meet the eligibility requirements, the IRS allows you to open and contribute to an HSA Account. The HSA needs to be set up outside of KLB Sons Holdings, LLC. The institution that offers the HSA will provide you with information for HR. A minimum contribution of $25.00 monthly is required.
What is a Health Savings Account (HSA)?
An HSA is a tax-sheltered bank account that you own to pay for eligible healthcare expenses for you and/or your eligible dependents for current or future healthcare expenses. The Health Savings Account (HSA) is yours to keep, even if you change jobs or medical plans. There is no “use it or lose it” rule; your balance carries over from year to year.
