Benefit Counselor Support: November 25 - 30, 2024
Should you need assistance with completing your elections for 2025 professional benefit counselors will be available by appointment between November 25 - 30, 2024. During your session, you can ask questions, learn more about your options, and enroll yourself and any dependents in coverage.

New Benefits Available ▼

This year, we're excited to offer you the opportunity to enroll in Hospital Indemnity Insurance provided by Lincoln Financial Group. 

New Carriers ▼

We’re partnering with new carriers for some of our benefits this year!
  • Medical will now be provided through UMR/ UHC network
  • Dental and Vision coverage will now be provided by MetLife
  • Id Theft Protection will also be offered through MetLife Aura
  • FSA and HSA will be offered through Wex Health
  • Life and AD&D and Disability will now be provided by Lincoln Financial Group
  • Accident and Critical Illness will now be offered by Lincoln Financial Group

How to Enroll

You can start making your elections online on November 18th . Click the button below to view the self-service instructions to complete your enrollment on your own.

Benefits are more important than ever and we encourage you to spend extra time evaluating your benefit options. As such, we have partnered with EOI Service Company so you can enroll with the guidance of a professional benefit counselor.

Benefit Counselors will be available by appointment only between November 25 - 30, 2024. During your confidential appointment, the benefit counselor will:

  • Answer your questions
  • Provide detailed information
  • Help you enroll in benefits
