Claims that were incurred prior to August 31, 2026 can be filed for reimbursement through November 30, 2026. Individuals are not eligible to contribute toward both a Healthcare FSA and a HSA bank account. For 2026, the FSA limit is $3,400 for medical and $7,500 for dependent care.

Universal Life Insurance through Trustmark offers you financial protection, with a unique design to match your needs as they change throughout your lifetime. An important feature of Universal Life Insurance is that it builds cash value on a tax deferred basis (until withdrawn) which may allow your premiums to remain level throughout the life of the contract.
Key features of this coverage include:
Long Term Care Rider: Should you find yourself with a need for Long Term Care, this coverage is designed to accelerate the death benefit at 4% per month for up to 25 months to pay for care in an assisted living or long-term care facility, or home health care and/or adult day care.

Employee Only: Waived participation with 50% seen
Dependent(s): GI: 20% EE Participation
Dependent Guarantee Issue Offer:
An employee must apply for coverage on themselves in order for a spouse or child(ren) to be eligible for GI coverage. If employee does not participate, the spouse and child(ren) are MGI (Modified Guaranteed Issue).
MGI questions are required for all dependents. – If the disabled/6 month question is answered yes, full underwriting is required.
