You have five medical plans to choose from, all of which satisfy the ACA Individual Mandate. Employees who reside in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington D.C., or Washington State also have the option to enroll in an HMO Medical Plan.
