New Hire Enrollment

There are two ways to elect benefits:

  • Enroll online at WMCHealth.bswift.com
    • Username: Your Employee ID Number
    • Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • With the Support of a Benefit Counselor
    • Visit HealthAlliance.MyBenefitsAppointment.com
    • Or call 855.725.7934, Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern to schedule your appointment by phone

      Speak with a benefit counselor to learn more about your benefit options. Counselors are available by phone. Bilingual support is also available. During your individual appointment, the counselor will:
      • Review your benefits options
      • Answer questions and provide additional information
      • Enroll you in your benefit selections

Medical & Rx ▼

WMCHealth offers premier healthcare benefits to eligible employees and their families for medical and prescription drug coverage. In addition, we offer a network of over 1100 physicians and 9 facilities to choose from. WMCHealth’s providers are referred to as “Home Host”, offering care close to home and within our network. If you choose one of our Home Host physicians and/or 12 facilities, your benefits under the WMCHealth medical plan are covered at very low copays, no deductibles, no coinsurance and often at 100%.

Dental ▼

2025 Dental Coverage
The dental plan is administered by MetLife. MetLife’s Preferred Dentist Program allows you to choose from thousands of participating general dentists and specialists nationwide. Plus, you will enjoy lower out-of-pocket costs for in-network services, freedom to use any dentist, and less paperwork. Dental ID cards can be accessed at metlife.com/dental.


Find a Provider: 

  1. Click here to find a dentist
  2. Select PDP Plus under Your Network
  3. Enter your zip code and select the Find button.
  4. You will then be prompted to select your plan from the list. The plan name is MET185.
  5. You can print the results, download them, or send them to an email address

 

2024 Dental Coverage
We are pleased to provide dental coverage through Cigna Dental. Cigna’s network includes hundreds of dentists. Plus, Cigna’s Brighter technology helps you find high-quality dentists in your area. You can also nominate your preferred dentist for Cigna, if not listed, by completing the form below.

You will not automatically receive a dental ID card in the mail. You have immediate access to your digital ID cards and proof of coverage anytime you need them, right from myCigna.com or the mobile app.

  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Even with health insurance, a stay in the hospital can quickly become costly as out-of-pocket charges begin to add up. Hospital indemnity insurance can reduce the financial and emotional stress of a hospital stay by providing a lump-sum cash benefit directly to you that can be used however you need. 
  • Universal Life Insurance with Long-Term Care: Universal Life Insurance protects your family members with a death benefit that can be used any way they choose, such as mortgage or rent, education for children, debt, and final expenses. This policy also includes “living benefits” that allow policyholders to accelerate a portion of the life insurance death benefit if diagnosed by a physician as chronically or terminally ill. These extra “living benefits” can be used to help pay expenses from an unexpected medical crisis and help alleviate the worry of future financial problems.
  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance: Term life insurance can help you in so many ways, like covering everyday expenses, paying off debt, and protecting savings. Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides additional benefits if you die or suffer a covered loss in an accident, such as losing a limb or your eyesight. 
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance: Voluntary Life and AD&D are available in addition to your employer-provided Basic Life and AD&D. You may purchase life insurance for your spouse and dependents only if you purchase coverage for yourself. Benefits are payable to your beneficiary, so be sure to keep your beneficiary designation up to date.
  • Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance: Provides a cash benefit when you are out of work for up to 24 weeks due to injury, illness, surgery, or recovery from childbirth.
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance: You always have bills to pay, even when you can’t get to work due to injury, illness, or surgery. Long-term disability insurance helps you make ends meet during this difficult time.
  • Longevity Life: Longevity Life powered by DNA NAV provides affordable access to cutting-edge genetic testing and precision health services, offering a unique opportunity to understand your health at a deeper level. 
  • Care.com: This employee benefit helps manage your family care needs while balancing work. The program provides services such as childcare, school support, senior care, housekeeping, and special needs care to families. Visit Care.com to get started.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Lincoln Financial Group offers the EmployeeConnect program, a mobile app, and website, for you and your family members. Effective January 1, 2025, Aetna will replace Lincoln Financial Group as the Accident Insurance provider.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) ▼

The Flexible Spending Account allows employees to take advantage of the provisions in Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. This Code section provides that payroll deductions for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and child care will be taken on a before-tax basis. This plan must always comply with the latest requirements of the IRS code and therefore changes may occur without notice.
