Through a voluntary program, employees are eligible to purchase stock in the company after their first year of employment. Stock is offered every other year or at the company’s discretion. Employees may purchase stock through payroll deduction and/or lump sum purchase. Here are some highlights:
Anson’s Stock Ownership Program allows eligible employees to buy Anson stock, but unlike investing in the stock market, YOU can have an impact on your return.
Buying Anson stock: OPTIONAL for salaried office employees with at least 12 months of service. All employees have equal opportunity to purchase Anson stock at the same price when purchased during the same period. Anson never grants stock shares or options to employees.
When you can buy: Typically Anson stock is available for purchase once every 2 years (known as a stock offering).
How to buy stock: Employees can buy stock with a cash payment to Anson or through regular payroll deduction.
Value of your stock: Unlike the stock market where the value of stock is based in part on supply and demand or an ESOP where the value is based on an independent valuation of performance and market conditions; Anson stock is based on the audited BOOK VALUE of the company.
For example: If Anson has $100,000,000 in assets (cash, receivables, property) and has $40,000,000 in liabilities (cash owed to other parties, loans, or other debts); Anson’s book value is $60,000,000. If there are 1,000,000 shares outstanding (collectively, employees own 1,000,000 shares); Anson’s stock price would be $60,000,000 / 1,000,000 = $60 per share. The higher the company’s book value, the more value the company’s stock.
When can you sell: Employees are required to sell their shares back to the company upon separation (retirement, termination, other). Payouts for shares sold to the Company vary depending on situation. Employees may also sell their shares to other eligible employees at any time.
Is there a minimum investment? Yes, employees purchasing stock are required to buy a minimum of 5 shares if paying by cash or 20 shares if paying through payroll deduction.
Are there other ways to earn money through the Stock Purchase Program? Yes, the Company has from time-to-time paid a cash dividend to stockholders. A cash dividend is a one-time cash payment of a specific dollar amount for each share owned by the stockholder.

Anson makes no requirement or recommendation that you purchase stock. Always read the current offering circular to be sure you have the latest information.
Employees are eligible for the Anson Industries profit Sharing Program after their first year of employment. This program allows for a percentage of Anson’s profit to be distributed to individual employees based on their years with the company and eligible compensation. To understand the difference between types of retirement plans, check out this link.
A percentage of profit for each office is set aside to create a bonus pool for all salaried employees. This bonus is distributed yearly based on profitability of each office and on the individual’s performance.

Universal life insurance is a type of permanent life insurance. With a universal life policy, the insured person is covered for the duration of their life as long as they pay premiums and fulfill any other requirements of their policy to maintain coverage. Like many permanent life policies, universal life insurance combines a savings component (called "cash value") with lifelong protection. When you pass away, the policy's death benefit is paid out to your beneficiaries.
A permanent life insurance policy is a great way for an employee to protect their family's financial future after their death. But what happens if they need access to cash before that time? Or if they need funds to help pay for long-term care in the future? A permanent life policy with a long-term care rider can help insureds cover all three possibilities, providing a return on their premium investment no matter where life takes them.
