This is an active enrollment, which means you must take action to ensure you have coverage for 2022.
New enrollment process! You must complete an enrollment appointment with a professional benefit counselor to elect benefits for 2022. During your individual appointment, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get more information, and enroll yourself and your dependent(s) in coverage.
We have chosen to offer medical coverage with one of the most widely recognized networks worldwide, Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Card PPO Network.

The other plan is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) which includes an employer HSA contribution to help you pay for eligible health care expenses such as copays, prescriptions, and more!
Professional benefit counselors will be speaking with you to explain the new plan options and help you enroll.
HSA Bank will continue to be your Health Savings Account (HSA) vendor but the relationship with HSA Bank and the services of CIGNA has changed. This change will generate a new account number and new debit cards.
You also have the opportunity to enroll in three new benefit plans. LifeTime Benefit Term Insurance with Long Term Care, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, and Cancer Guardian are newly available and during this enrollment period only, you can enroll without answering medical questions.
