If you have an existing Supplemental Life and AD&D policy through MetLife, you must take action during this special enrollment period to ensure you and your dependents remain covered in the new plan. If you do not take action, you will not have coverage effective October 1, 2025.
During this enrollment period only, you have a special, one-time opportunity to elect coverage without answering medical questions (no evidence of insurability required, up to the guaranteed issue amount of $300,000)!
