Understand Your Medical Plan ▼

The Employee Health Plan is a preferred provider (PPO) plan, with benefit levels dependent on where the participant receives care.

Participants receive the highest level of benefits by using Renown and Western Clinical Alliance providers and services. For most services provided by Hometown Health preferred providers, you will pay coinsurance (percentage of cost). Services provided by non-preferred providers are a significantly reduced level.

Employees with dependents who live outside of the HTH service area have access to the national network of preferred providers. Add your dependents’ out-of-area address during open enrollment or notify the benefits team throughout the remainder of the year.

Western Clinical Alliance

By receiving your care from Renown and the ever-growing Western Clinical Alliance group of providers, you can keep healthcare costs affordable because you pay the lowest copay of the Health Plan. You still have the choice to access care services within Hometown Health's broad network of providers and out-of-network care.

Find a Western Clinical Alliance provider on the HTH online directory.
