High Potential Program
Harness your potential in the following areas: effective communication, emotional intelligence, building successful relationships and enhancing organizational knowledge. High performing employees are nominated for this six-month program by their leader.
Leader in Training Program
Looking to lead? This three-month program helps employees develop our 16 leadership competencies to prepare participants to assume a leadership role upon completion of the program.

Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program
Want to learn how to have your student loans forgiven? As the only not-for-profit health system in northern Nevada, Renown Health is proud to team up with Bright Horizons to assist you with all aspects of the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program. The Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program can help forgive certain Federal Direct student loans for eligible Renown employees.
About the PSLF Program
Through the PSLF program, employees who work for non-profit organizations can qualify for student loan forgiveness when it comes to their Federal Direct student loans. The Federal Student Aid Office of the U.S Department of Education has provided the following criteria for qualification under the PSLF Program:
