Benefit Informational Sessions ▼

Each full-time team member should attend a benefit information session. If you are unable to attend on the day of your Community’s in-person session, virtual sessions will also be offered.

Don't Miss Your Opportunity to Enroll ▼

It is important that you speak with a benefit counselor to enroll in or waive benefits for the upcoming plan year.

You will not have another opportunity to enroll until the next open enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Qualifying life events include:

  • Change in legal marital status, including marriage, divorce, death of a spouse, legal separation, or annulment
  • Change in number of children, including birth, adoption, placement of adoption, or death of a child
  • Change in employment status of employee, spouse, or dependent, including termination or commencement of employment, commencement or return from unpaid leave of absence
  • Change in dependent eligibility status, including attainment of age, student status, or any similar circumstance

Enrollment Process

To ensure you understand the benefit options, we are working with EOI Service Company LLC., a professional enrollment firm with over 45 years in the benefits and communications industry again this year. All full-time team members will speak with a benefit counselor to complete the enrollment process for 8/1/25 benefit coverage.

During your confidential appointment, the benefit counselor will:

  • Review your benefit options
  • Answer your questions
  • Enroll you and your dependent(s) in benefits that best fit your needs

Your Business Office Manager will schedule an appointment for all full-time team members to speak with a benefits counselor and complete the enrollment process.  Your appointment with a benefit counselor will be held onsite at your community.

Complete your in-person appointment with a benefit counselor for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card!

Health Savings Account (HSA) ▼

Administered by Health Equity

A Health Savings Account, commonly known as “HSA,” is an individual account you can open, add money to and spend on eligible health care expenses.

The HSA is Unique Because:

  • Money used for eligible expenses is not taxed.
  • Investment earnings are not taxed.
  • Money spent on eligible expenses is not taxed.
  • The money rolls over year to year.
  • You own the account and you control how the money is spent.

Eligible Expenses:

HSA money can be used tax-free for any eligible health care expenses. In general, eligible health care expenses are those that qualify toward the deductibles, copays, and coinsurance with your health insurance.

The money in your HSA must be used for eligible medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug expenses. If you use money for a dental, vision or medical expense that is not covered by the medical plan, it is important to understand that your medical plan deductible will still need to be met if an expense is incurred.

For a complete list of IRS approved Qualified Medical Expenses, visit www.irs.gov.
