New Hire Enrollment
You must enroll in benefits within 30 days of your hire date.
 If you fail to make an election during your new hire enrollment period, you will not have another opportunity to enroll until the next open enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event.

How to Enroll

There are two ways for eligible new hires to elect benefits:

  • With the Support of an Enrollment Counselor
    • Visit TGH.MyBenefitsAppointment.com
    • Or call 844-940-3779, Monday - Friday, from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET

      Speak with an enrollment counselor to learn more about your benefit options. Counselors are available by phone. Bilingual support is also available. During your individual appointment, the enrollment counselor will:
        -  Review your benefits options
        -  Answer questions and provide additional information
        -  Enroll you in your benefit selections
  • Online at TGH.bswift.com
    • Username: Your Work Email Address
    • Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number
