We are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program, that offers you choice and flexibility, so you can take charge of your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. New Hire Enrollment

Benefits are effective on your date of hire. You have up to 30 days from your hire date to enroll in coverage. There are two ways to elect benefits:

  • Enroll online at WMCHealth.bswift.com
    • Username: Your Employee ID Number
    • Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • With the Support of a Benefit Counselor
    • Visit WMC.MyBenefitsAppointment.com
    • Or call 855.725.7934, Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern to schedule your appointment by phone

      Speak with a benefit counselor to learn more about your benefit options. Counselors are available by phone. Bilingual support is also available. During your individual appointment, the counselor will:
      • Review your benefits options
      • Answer questions and provide additional information
      • Enroll you in your benefit selections

WMCHealth offers premier healthcare benefits to eligible employees and their families for medical and prescription drug coverage. In addition, we offer a network of over 1100 physicians and 9 facilities to choose from. WMCHealth’s providers are referred to as “Home Host”, offering care close to home and within our network. If you choose one of our Home Host physicians and/or 12 facilities, your benefits under the WMCHealth medical plan are covered at very low copays, no deductibles, no coinsurance and often at 100%.

MetLife’s Preferred Dentist Program lets you choose from thousands of participating general dentists and specialists nationwide. Plus, you will enjoy lower out-of-pocket costs for in-network services, freedom to use any dentist, and less paperwork. Dental ID cards can be accessed at metlife.com/dental.

Additional Benefits ▼

  • Critical Illness Insurance: This plan provides a lump-sum cash benefit to help pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses or any other bills that need attention, including rent or groceries. Covered conditions include heart attack, major organ failure, kidney failure, stroke, cancer, and more. During your new hire enrollment period only, you can elect coverage without answering medical questions! 
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Even with health insurance, a stay in the hospital can quickly become costly as out-of-pocket charges begin to add up. Hospital indemnity insurance can reduce the financial and emotional stress of a hospital stay by providing a lump-sum cash benefit directly to you that can be used however you need. Enroll without answering medical questions!
  • Life Insurance with Long-Term Care: Life Insurance protects your family members with a death benefit that can be used any way they choose, such as mortgage or rent, education for children, debt, and final expenses. This policy also includes “living benefits” that allow policyholders to accelerate a portion of the life insurance death benefit if diagnosed by a physician as chronically or terminally ill. These extra “living benefits” can be used to help pay expenses from an unexpected medical crisis and help alleviate the worry of future financial problems. During your new hire enrollment period only, you can elect coverage without answering medical questions! 
  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance: Term life insurance can help you in so many ways, like covering everyday expenses, paying off debt, and protecting savings. Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance provides additional benefits if you die or suffer a covered loss in an accident, such as losing a limb or your eyesight. 
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance: Voluntary Life and AD&D are available in addition to your employer-provided Basic Life and AD&D. You may purchase life insurance for your spouse and dependents only if you purchase coverage for yourself. Benefits are payable to your beneficiary, so be sure to keep your beneficiary designation up to date.
  • Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance: Provides a cash benefit when you are out of work for up to 24 weeks due to injury, illness, surgery, or recovery from childbirth.
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance: You always have bills to pay, even when you can’t get to work due to injury, illness, or surgery. Long-term disability insurance helps you make ends meet during this difficult time.
  • Legal Plan: Offers direct access to a national network of attorneys. Covered legal services include the preparation of wills and trusts, real estate matters, traffic matters, document preparation and review, debt matters, and more.
  • Identity Theft Protection: Safeguard your personal information and defend against attacks with 24/7, proactive identity theft protection.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Lincoln Financial Group offers the EmployeeConnect program, a mobile app, and website, for you and your family members. EmployeeConnect gives you access to information about life events when you need it, counseling sessions (up to 5), coping strategies, and even discounts! Join EmployeeConnect and explore these new resources, all at no cost to you!
  • LifeKeys: No matter how well you plan, unexpected challenges will arise. When they do, help and support are nearby — thanks to LifeKeys services from Lincoln Financial Group. Click here to learn more.

  • Bereavement Support: Empathy offers bereavement services for Lincoln Financial Group Life Insurance participants. Benefits are available for up to 18 months after the loss of a loved one. Empathy provides support to beneficiaries through a multi-platform app and care team to provide 1:1 support with the emotional and practical aspects of losing a loved one. They create personal care plans that cover emotional support, grief guidance, financial and estate settlement guidance, funeral planning assistance, and administrative assistance. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) ▼

The Flexible Spending Account allows employees to take advantage of the provisions in Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. This Code section provides that payroll deductions for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and child care will be taken on a before-tax basis. This plan must always comply with the latest requirements of the IRS code and therefore changes may occur without notice.
