This is an active enrollment, meaning you must take action to ensure coverage for 2026. Your benefits will not automatically roll over into the new plan year.
There are two ways to elect coverage:
1. With the Support of a Benefit Counselor
New enrollment process! You have the opportunity complete an enrollment appointment with a professional benefit counselor to elect benefits for 2026. During your individual appointment, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get more information, and enroll yourself and your dependent(s) in coverage.
2. Enroll online via the Questco Employee Self Service Center
If you do not have a username or password, please click “Register” and follow the prompts to register.
If you forgot your username or password, please use the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” prompts to reset your password.
Please ensure your pop-up blocker has been disabled before continuing to the enrollment portal.
In preparation for your enrollment appointment, please be ready to provide the following information:
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS: Health insurers are required to report certain information about health plan members and their insurance coverage to the IRS each year, including member Social Security numbers. Be sure to have the Social Security number for each dependent you are enrolling in coverage.
KNOW YOUR BENEFITS: Benefits are a big part of your total compensation, so it’s important that you get the maximum value from your benefits plans. Be sure to review all benefits carefully and make the elections that fit your personal or family’s needs.
CHOOSE YOUR BENEFITS CAREFULLY: Your elections will remain in effect until the next open enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

It’s easy! Just log into the Questco Employee Self Service Center. Select “My Benefits,” then “Benefits Enrollment.” Continue through the prompts until you have submitted your elections and get a confirmation.
